Rewards Program

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. Reward recipients must be the individual or business named at the time of the qualifying project. Our current employees, contractors, owners, members, and their immediate household members are not eligible to receive rewards. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

02The rewards

• Project reward ($100, or 6 months of AI Pro): A new client who starts a Qualifying Project may choose either (a) a one hundred dollar (US$100) prepaid Visa® gift card, or (b) six (6) months of a Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus subscription (each valued at approximately US$20 per month; total approximate value US$120), provided at our discretion as a covered or reimbursed monthly subscription. The choice is made at project kickoff and cannot be changed after the reward is issued.
• Referral reward ($50): A person who refers a new client (the "Referrer") is eligible for a fifty dollar (US$50) prepaid Visa® gift card when the referred party becomes a client and completes a Qualifying Project.

03Definitions

• Qualifying Project: A paid engagement with Motion MindLab that (a) is contracted, (b) reaches Completion, and (c) is paid in full. Free consultations, intro calls, and unpaid scoping do not qualify. Every paid project qualifies; there is no minimum project value.
• Completion: The date Motion MindLab delivers the final agreed deliverable and the corresponding final invoice is paid in full.
• New client / Referred party: A person or business not already in contact with Motion MindLab and not an existing or prior client or active lead at the time the referral is submitted. The Referrer must be identified at or before project kickoff; referrals named after kickoff do not qualify.

04Reward issuance and 30 day hold-back

Rewards are earned upon Completion but are issued approximately thirty (30) days after the Qualifying Project is completed and paid in full (the "Hold-Back Period"). If, during or after the Hold-Back Period, the project is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or the account falls into non-payment or dispute, the corresponding reward is forfeited, and any reward already issued may be clawed back or deducted from amounts owed to you. Prepaid-card rewards are typically delivered by email after the Hold-Back Period; a chosen AI-subscription reward begins after the Hold-Back Period and runs for six consecutive months.

05Limits and anti-abuse

One project reward per new project; one referral reward per referred party who completes a first Qualifying Project. Self-referrals, referrals of yourself or your own businesses, duplicate referrals, pre-existing leads, and referrals obtained through spam, misrepresentation, or any deceptive or unlawful means are not eligible. We may, in our sole discretion, withhold or revoke any reward we reasonably believe results from fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms; our determinations are final.

06Referral conduct

By submitting a referral you confirm you have the referred party's permission to share their contact information with us, and that you will not make false or misleading claims about Motion MindLab. You are responsible for your own communications and for complying with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the TCPA.

07Taxes

Rewards may constitute taxable income. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from a reward. If rewards paid to you reach or exceed US$600 in a calendar year, we may be required to collect a Form W-9 and issue a Form 1099; failure to provide requested tax information may result in forfeiture of the reward.

08No cash alternative; substitutions

Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value except as required by the card issuer or law. The AI-subscription option cannot be exchanged for cash or the prepaid card after it is chosen. We may substitute a reward of equal or greater value (for example, a prepaid Mastercard® or an equivalent AI subscription) if a specific reward is unavailable. Prepaid cards and third-party subscriptions are subject to the issuer's or provider's terms.

Visa® is a registered trademark of Visa Inc. Mastercard® is a registered trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Claude™ is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. ChatGPT™ and GPT™ are trademarks of OpenAI. These companies are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or responsible for this Program.

10Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or end the Program, or change these Terms, at any time and without notice. Rewards already earned under the Terms in effect at the time of the Qualifying Project's kickoff will be honored. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island.
